Yellow Ribbon provides a talented pool of individuals available at no cost to National Guard and Reserve Yellow Ribbon Program staff.  These speakers deliver dynamic and interactive sessions at Yellow Ribbon events.  This group, known as the Cadre of Speakers, was introduced in 2010 to ensure that each event positively impacts all service members, families and loved ones.

• Requests for speakers will be first-come, first-served and based on the speaker's availability and/or the date of the event
• The core curriculum area can be specified (e.g. anger management) in the speaker request, and the DoD Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program Office will make every possible effort to match the speaker to the need
• By-name requests are accepted and the office will make every possible effort to fulfill the request
